(“A.H.T.”), With its registered office in Amsterdam, Netherlands (ISIN NL0010872388, WKN A12AGY) the company has, on the basis of the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2021, resolved to carry out a capital increase excluding shareholders’ statutory subscription rights. By way of a private placement, up to 100,000 new shares are to be issued at a price of €5.50 per share.
This capital increase is intended to strengthen A.H.T.’s business and operational flexibility by supporting the company’s growth, and financing its current projects.
