Bonn/Eindhoven, 23. April 2025 – A.H.T. Syngas Technology N.V. (ISIN: NL0010872388, WKN A12AGY), has today published the figures for its German operating site, which is responsible for the Group’s operational business. Based on the HGB financial statements, the financial year of 2024 has generated a revenue of €13.0 million, which is an increase of approximately €0.9 million compared to 2023. At the same time, EBIT for 2024, fell to around €50,000, down from roughly €1.0 million in the prior year. The total output for the financial year of 2024, rose to €13.5 million (2023: €11.6 million).
The company, which is headquartered in the Netherlands, will publish its audited consolidated financial statements under the Dutch GAAP at the end of June.
For the current 2025 financial year, AHT expects revenues of approximately €7.5 million and anticipates a six-figure loss, positioning the company for future strategic growth.
