August 29, 2025 – A.H.T. Syngas Technology N.V. (ISIN: NL0010872388, WKN: A12AGY)), a leading company in the field of decentralized, climate-friendly biomass power plants, held its Annual General Meeting yesterday at its legal seat in Eindhoven (Netherlands). In total, 42.4 percent of the issued share capital was represented.
CEO Gero Ferges informed shareholders about the 2024 fiscal year as well as the current business development. The focus was on explaining how AHT, building on the successfully implemented organizational growth and the established structures, will now deploy its capacities and created values into sustainable and plannable business activities.
“AHT is in the midst of a transformation: From a traditional plant manufacturer, we are evolving into an operator of our own energy facilities and thus also into an energy supplier. By extending the value chain, we are securing recurring revenues and higher returns – a clear added value for shareholders and partners,” explained Ferges.
Strategic Realignment and Structural change
As part of the transformation process, the company will change its legal form: from a Dutch N.V. into a German stock corporation (AG). At the same time, AHT will officially relocate its company headquarters to Germany.
With this step, the company aims to achieve sustainable cost reductions as well as more efficient processes in administration and organization.
