We support our customers in the transition to cost-efficient and fossil-free-based energy use and raw material supply. If carbon-containing residual materials arise in your value chain or such materials are available in your local environment, we are happy to examine the possibilities for use together with you.
On the way to green transformation, AHT can take over the preparation and/or procurement of the required feedstock. A wide range of residual materials from agriculture, food production or industrial manufacturing are suitable for this purpose; from solid to liquid biogenic substances.
Depending on the nature of the material, drying (e.g. wood chips), carbonization (e.g. food waste, fermentation residues, sewage sludge) or briquetting (e.g. rice husks, sawdust) can be the optimal treatment for further use. Often, only complementary residual materials are missing to be able to make use of supposedly unsuitable material.
When using biogenic residual and waste materials in the region or directly on site, transport routes are minimized, valuable materials are recovered, and the environment is massively relieved. In addition, dependence on external energy supplies decreases.
Thanks to the AHT Twin-fire process in the synthesis gas production, a wide range of feedstocks can be used:
All qualities of waste wood (A1-A4)
Biogenic and agricultural residues such as
- Rice husks
- Nutshells (e.g. coconut, cashew)
- Corn cob residues
Hydrochar from the carbonization of
- Sewage sludge
- Liquid manure
- Fermented and moist food residues
By using biogenic residual and waste materials in the region or directly on site, transportation routes are minimized, valuable materials are recovered, and the environment is greatly relieved. In addition, dependence on external energy supplies decreases.
