From 11th to 13th of February 2020, A.H.T. Syngas Technology N.V. (“A.H.T.”) took part as exhibitor at the common stand of the EnergyAgency.NRW of Germany’s federal state North Rhine-Westphalia (we reported). The participation by far exceeded expectations: In addition to meetings with customers and partners, there was also a reunion with participants at the joint stand of EnergyAgency.FUKUSHIMA. A.H.T. had already participated twice at the “Renewable Energy Fair” in Fukushima at the EnergyAgency.NRW joint stand there (we reported). Here, A.H.T. was able to further intensify the good contacts.
In addition, valuable new contacts were established, which have already resulted in a concrete inquiry for a project in South East Asia. In addition to energy consulting agencies, representatives of manufacturing companies showed particular interest in the climate-neutral heating concepts of A.H.T. in industry. A cooperation was agreed with an energy consulting agency from North Rhine-Westphalia. Operators of biogas plants also showed great interest in thermal utilisation and power generation from fermentation residues, whose disposal on soils is increasingly being regulated. The innovative concept of hydrogen and carbon separation from climate-neutrally produced synthesis gas was received with great enthusiasm, not least because one of the key topics of the fair was the use of hydrogen in industry and mobility. Mr. Ferges, Managing Director of A.H.T., presented to a Japanese delegation the concept of hydrogen production via synthesis gas generation from sewage sludge, as it is currently being developed within the framework of a feasibility study for a group of companies from the German federal state Lower Saxony. Within the scope of this assignment, the group of companies submitted a patent application together with A.H.T., which is currently under examination.
“This leading European trade fair for the energy industry and the valuable contacts made have attracted enormous attention to A.H.T. It has noticeably increased the level of awareness of our company, which is also reflected in the many enquiries received after the fair. This is a further milestone to gain a foothold again in the domestic market – especially in the D-A-CH region. The ongoing projects in Switzerland and North Rhine-Westphalia are also contributing to this”, Gero Ferges continues.
In the course of preparing for the trade fair, we produced a short explainer video about A.H.T., which you can watch on our new YouTube channel. Leave us a “Like”!
