A.H.T. Syngas Technology N. V. (in short “A.H.T.”) announces a new partnership with a Polish company and project developer. As in Germany, the background is stricter EU-wide regulations on the spreading or landfilling of sewage sludge and increasing quantities of dead and treated waste wood. This is where A.H.T. comes in: Sewage sludge and waste wood are not just waste – but can also serve as energy sources with A.H.T. solutions. In this way, it is possible to advance the decarbonisation of municipalities, agriculture and industry. A.H.T. with its system solutions for the energetic or material utilization of renewable raw materials and biogenic residues thus contributes to circular value creation and sector coupling. This also includes the extraction of valuable fertilizer through to the separation of hydrogen from the synthesis gas produced. A.H.T. sees great potential especially in the production of hydrogen from the aforementioned biogenic residues. “We are pleased to have found a strong project developer with whom we will now jointly work this market with high growth potential,” notes Gero Ferges, CEO of A.H.T.. “The project pipeline is already well filled – we expect to realize five projects with a volume of around four million euros in the next three years. In this partnership, A.H.T. will provide support in the project development and bidding phase as well as carry out technical and economic feasibility studies,” adds Mr. Ferges.
